What it does
Quick Tools gathers the small file jobs people usually search the web for into one app with no sign-up:
- QR codes from any text or URL, ready to download.
- PDF tools: PDF to Word, Word to PDF, merge, compress, and add or remove a password.
- Image tools: convert between common formats (JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, TIFF, ICO and more) and compress with adjustable quality.
How it works
A Flask backend processes uploads as temporary files with pypdf, pdf2docx, Pillow and LibreOffice, and returns the result for download. It runs locally with Python or in a Docker container.
It grew out of my earlier QR code project, which became the first page of this app.
